Bullshit! Sifu says that leaving your body open isn't relevant as long as I can resonate a nice strong chi blast.

Hey. They sell the "classic thong" in the pro shop. All karate schools should have thongs.

I'll give you guys more info after I check out the class. And lo, Kano looked down upon the field and saw the multitudes. Amongst them were the disciples of Uesheba who were greatly vexed at his sayings. And Kano spake: "Do not be concerned with the mote in thy neighbor's eye, when verily thou hast a massive stick in thine ass".

I studied under Jim Harrison since I was a toddler, since he is my dad... He is the real deal, he has trained many champions, ie.. Bill Wallace (world Kickboxing Champion), Josh Barnett (UFC Heavyweight Champion), Steve Mackey (World Kickboxing and Shootboxing Champion), my older brother Shawn Harrison (3 time U.S. National Judo champion and member of the 1980 Olympic Judo Team) and my self Kris Harrison (Professional Fight Record 22-w 2-loss 12 KO both Thai style Kickboxing, and MMA/ U.S. National Ju-Jitsu team asst coach) I am enclosing a link to other pictures of the bushidokan fighting style which is a mix of Judo/ BJJ/ Muay Thai/ and Boxing. I my self study all arena's of fighting to be completely rounded. I have a purple belt in Behering Jiu Jitsu (a BJJ style) have been boxing since 8 yrs old, won the American Canadian Judo championships 3 times, and won the WKA North American Kickboxing championships when I was 18. NOW for some of the other school's I dont know about what their teaching, but I do know as for their sparring, CONTACT is SUPPOSED to be HEAVY and in the higher ranks it is SUPPOSED to be FULL. Saying that I hope this helps, as far as some of the techniques being outdated in some of the school's I couldn't agree more, I am setting up siminars in those area's to bring some of the newer techniques that I have learned threw years of experance in the ring and on the mat.. with that said here are some links to my Photo Albums.... Thanks Kris
