Size Matters

So if both have advantages what would you say is the ideal weight for a well-trained martial artist ??? ( according to height of course )
Let's take a normal man 180cm i would say the ideal martial artist weight is about 90 kg what would you say ???

For our American buddies, 180cm is approx 5'11" and 90kg is 198lbs.

I'm 6' and about 198lbs...so I'm a bit undersized? Nah...I think I'm a bit bigger than required for my height. I'd probably be about 185-190lbs for my 6'.

Size doesn't weigh in against the total output of balance. AHA There you go. ;) Anyway, I remember my stupid sifu telling me that guys with big biceps punch slower.....so I said what about Mike Tyson and....well, hes not my sifu anymore.

Anyone who wants to tell his size ( weight and height )???.For example i am about 5'11" and 155lbs.I'd think a bit more weight wouldn't be bad.

I'm 6' and 250 lbs. and most people I spar in fight class write me off as slow from the start. I'd resent this, but I think I'm fairly successful at proving I'm not so slow. There are some smaller guys in class that are way slower than me, by the way.

Also for close up techs like elbows and round knees, the guy with more mass is gonna have a lot more behind these kinds of strikes.
