For our American buddies, 180cm is approx 5'11" and 90kg is 198lbs.
I'm 6' and about 198lbs...so I'm a bit undersized? Nah...I think I'm a bit bigger than required for my height. I'd probably be about 185-190lbs for my 6'.

I'm 6' and 250 lbs. and most people I spar in fight class write me off as slow from the start. I'd resent this, but I think I'm fairly successful at proving I'm not so slow. There are some smaller guys in class that are way slower than me, by the way.[...]They also promote the fact that BIG and STRONG = SLOW and RELYS SOLELY ON STRENGTH. I say all this is BS.
Also for close up techs like elbows and round knees, the guy with more mass is gonna have a lot more behind these kinds of strikes.
