    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Pushup grips.

Listen has anyone used those pushup grip bars ?

You do your regular pushups except instead of doing them with your hands or knuckles on the floor you grip these small handles.

Would they be any better than doig incline pushups ?

Try doing normal pushups first before you buy gear to stuff under your bed, you poser.

Listen dickhead stop hijacking my thread.

Be constructive of leave. I do regular/incline pushups but just wanted to know if there was any strength benefit of doing the other.

Well, since not doing pushups has gotten you this far, you should try not doing a different kind of pushups and compare the results you observe when not training.

I'm dead serious; deader than you would be if you squared off against an ATA kid wearing a camoflauge belt.

They say they're to protect your wrists, but I never have any problems with wrist strain from pushups. Don't spend money when you don't have to.

And if you really train, ask your instructor or people at your dojo.

Forget pushup grips.... If you intend to strike with your knuckles, do your pushups on your knuckes. Good for the bones, strengthens wrists and forearms.
