Your post doesn't make any sense, what does pride have to do with it?
Don't worry, you'll soon find that the rumored absolute killing ability of blue belts is widely exagerated by dilution of ranks too. That was a dissapointment.
You will (or should) always be able to manhandle most people on the ground though. That's nice and pretty generally applicable. -

I was a victim of a Mcdojo, the school had three black belts age 8-12 and a 15 year old 3rd Degree black belt and of course the school was ATA. Thankfully I was able to get out fast and I used this site to learn to avoid Mcdojos. I am new to the martial arts but I found a new school that I think is pretty good, if you have any advice or if you think the school does not look legitimate please let me know.
