I saw his picture and didn't even realize the guy from that show was Shi Yan Ming until I saw it. Tale of the tape.

Shi Yan Ming- under 170 lbs but in awesome condition. Under 6' tall. Shaolin Kung Fu practicioner. From the looks of his techniques they are pretty but non-functional. From the video, he's a master of certain Chi-gung magic show tricks such as being able to lean his neck on a blunt spear, get smacked in the gut with the middle part of stick by one of his own students (he must be the only one with enough Chi to swing the hardest). Again I have to say this guy is in EXTREMELY good shape and I'm not being sarcastic about that. No known fight experience.

Peedee- Probably at least 170 lbs and, being a fighter, must be in good shape. Brazilian Jujitsu Blue (purple?) belt. These are not given to people who can't use it. Kyokushin black belt with fight experience (Yes, he can that too). Has a record of AT LEAST 4 NHB fights as well as plenty of submission matches and Kyokushin fights.

The verdict? Is there even any question? If Peedee is what he has posted in the past, he would eat Ming's Tofu and bean curd lunch for him. A trained fighter vs. an acrobatic trickster. The fight would be over quick and Peedee could beat him in a number of ways.

Why doesn't he just do it? I don't know, I'm not Peedee. Of course if he did, every Kung-fu guy on this site would start talking about how much Shi Yan Ming sucks or that this guy or that is SOOO much better, Shaolin is Mc dojo, etc, Kind of like William Cheung and Emin Boztepe.

Shi Yan Ming did the monk's sanshou meets, I believe he was a champion, but I do not know his record or anything like that.

And KC is right Shi did Sanshou he is no stranger to fight competitions. And what if PD loses........hehehehehe

If PeeDee loses, PeeDee loses. No excuses. I can't say the same for Ming. SanShou experience is no joke. It would be interesting, but PeeDee has groundfighting on his side.
