    Some great advice here re DL... also using the one hand over one under grip can cause bicep tears...

    What Ronin is trying to say here, is that you have to alternate to keep your chi ballanced out. You don't want your yin to outweigh your yang. :laughing9 :laughing9

    I've never been comfortable with the alternating grip some use in dl, felt all imbalanced and crap...perhaps it was just my rad ki afterall, better get that cofee magician book.
