Weight Training:
2x a week chest/back
1-2x a week arms/shoulders
1-2x a week body weight exercises (pullups, pushups, crunches, etc.)
3x a week heavy bag work
2x a week speed drills
Intermittent kata, stances and basics depending on mood and floor availability.
And of course sparring/grappling whenever possible.
Regards,
CrimsonTiger

nothing at the momoment, but if and when I do: just basic squats (20), pushups (20), light weights (20), pull ups (20), crunches/situps (50-100) - that's all, but I'm literally the worst person on this forum to be talking about conditioning because my condition is terrible at the moment. That's in bewteen class days, when I don't have classes (and sometimes when I do, after classes.)
I plan to start running/joggining with sprints soon also."Training = pain." - I said that.

I used to weightlift a lot, but stopped due to the fact that it's utter, utter bullshit. I wasted three years of my life trying to achieve the impossible and I'll be damned if I'm going to waste thirty.

Why do you say its BS ?I used to weightlift a lot, but stopped due to the fact that it's utter, utter bullshit. I wasted three years of my life trying to achieve the impossible and I'll be damned if I'm going to waste thirty.
Do you mean you were doing bodybuilder type training and got frustrated by 'lack of Arnie like size' :)

He means he's sixteen and his body keeps growing into the size he gains, making it look like he's not gaining anything. LOL. Try again when you're 19, Boyd. You'll get much different results, I'm sure.

I have been bicep curling 30 pounds since July. I have been doing 20-pound tricep extensions for over a year. I have been doing 30-pound military presses since before September. The number of reps remains constant. I know. I've recorded them. Meanwhile, the strength in both my upper and lower body remain well below average, seventeen years old or not. Mind you, this is after THREE YEARS of training. It's not just that I'm mad that I can't gore people with my biceps, it's the fact that it's not doing anything.
