Bad, because in MA you have to move, and isometrics only strengthen in the position they're held in.

And I had to hold him in a bucket of bleach for 30 min. to make him white. There's no way I am going to be able to do that to an ape.

What about isometrics for developing strength related to an increase in flexibilty ala Kurtz?
