    Hell yeah! Hell no!
Has anyone got or seen Bas Rutten's Big Books of Combat.

    http://www.masterfighter.net

The 'holiday special' looks pretty good - although is expensive.

I doubt Bas would release crap, but I'm wondering if they are worth the price?

Or if there is something else anyone can recommend?

    thanks for the reply Omega.
Have you learnt a lot from it that you use in your training?
    Was it worth the price?

Bas rules. I don't know about that deal. Try other sources.

    www.basrutten.net

    Loads slow, but it's there.

**The most miraculous power that can verifiably be attributed to "chi" is its ability to be all things to virtually all people, depending on what version of the superstition they are attempting to defend at any given moment.**
Normally, I'd say I was grappling, but I was taking down and mounting people, and JFS has kindly informed us that takedowns and being mounted are neither grappling nor anti grappling, so I'm not sure what the **** I was doing. Maybe schroedinger's sparring, where it's neither grappling nor anti-grappling until somoene observes it and collapses the waveform, and then I RNC a cat to death.----fatherdog

    Hi Wastrel.

    thanks for the link.

masterfighter.net is Bas Rutten's own website as well. As far as I can see it was setup specifically to sell the 'Big Books of Combat'.

I think basrutten.net was an older website of his setup before the books were written. I looked on there a few days ago and it had reference to the books being 'currently in development' which have now been out a while.

    Thanks for the reply.

You might've sold me one. Bas should thank you.
