    shaping/building muscles in certain areas

    k basically what im going to ask is if i should continue my routine i have so far or add anything, you tell me what to add

    stats:

    14
    5'8
    120 pounds
    training in hapkido
    yellow belt testing in less than a month
    previous training in tae-kwan-do

    workout routine

    5-7 times a week

    i do these per day

    4 sets of 50 crunchies with a 10 pound weight on stomache
    4 sets of 25 pushups with a 10 pound weight in a backpack on me
    4 sets of 20 curls with 20 pound weights

    twice a week:
    hapkido
    about 3 times a week with my "per day" workout ill put up my punching bag and practice kicks in between the sets.

    im also going to buy some protein powder to help with my body recovering

    k so basically i just want to shape my abs and increase the size of my arms, not with fat mind you

    PS:i didnt include my legs in these workouts because i run and when i practice kicks i usually add weights to my legs anyways, plus hapkido involves alot of kicking..

    okay see my problem is i have a fast metabolism, so what should i be eating more of, i find myself constantly hungry, but never anything "good" to eat unless i want a pizzapop or ice cream...

    Learn to cook. Make sure you're getting 1.4g protein per kilogram of body weight.

    okay sorry for the idiocy but i dont really understand measurements in cooking, so is it possible for you to just give me an idea of whats good to eat and thats easy to find?

    To get bigger arms, do leg presses or squats. Those exercises stimulate the entire body to grow. However, since you are just a child, stick with moderately heavy weights. Wait until you are an adult to start lifting heavy.

    Pullups will help also.

    Deadlifts and ice cream. You can always burn off the fat at your age. Get a giant protein powder tub from Sam's Club or some other cheap source, and make yourself protein milkshakes. Loads of calories.

    And lift heavy. The only problem I see with that is it possibly affecting your bone length as you're 14 so make sure your doctor approves such a program. If so, eat protein every 3 hours and lift heavy, for strength and mass. Your metabolism will take care of the rest. Also get at least 8 hours sleep a night, because your brain is still pumping out mass quantities of growth hormone, which is your best source of weight gain.
