    I've stopped temporarily while I get my back in shape again, but I've got a gym membership just around the corner from where I work, so I'm making up for it there.

    Today it began in earnest...
    Actually, last night when I accidently drank 3 litres of Pepsi Max. Its nearly 2 in the afternoon now and I still havent slept.
    At the gym at 6:30am, 5 minutes on the Ridiculator to warm up then 3 sets of 10 squats, deadlifts and bench presses before going into work.
    I've knocked up a spreadsheet to keep track of calories, protein, carbs and fat quantities throughout the day. It even tells me how much protein I should be eating for my bodyweight, and estimates changes in weight based on maintenece calories minus eaten calories.

    The best bit is that because its a spreadsheet, it looks like work, so I get paid for doing it.

    On the downside, I'm going to crash badly from lack of sleep in the next few hours, so I think BJJ tonight may be out of the question.

    I'll start on the photos when I get home.
