    Insane Conditioning?

ok, let's hear stories about those crazy training methods we all love, like in kung fu movies!

the coolest thing i ever read was about the 9 armed grinder dummy from shaolin black tiger, which is somewhat like a wing chun dummy, but made from concrete with a wooden "head" and arms and legs made of metal. however, the correct way to building these babies is supposedly a secret of the style.

anything else? let's hear about unbelievable stories of iron shirt and bone hardening training!

bonus points if someone talks from his own experience.

I very happy for you to ask this kuestion! In Siberia, we are conditioning animals no? Here is what I like to do for konditioning comrade.

In this exercise... we fight trucks with bare hands. Most of time they win, but sometimes we crush them like wrinkly testikals on village idiot!

I get great grip conditioning when I'm alone with the internet. Unfortunantly I swore an oath never to publicly demonstrate this amazing technique for grip strength development.
