thanks for the suggestions so far guys.
Why i need to lose weight?
I want to lose fat.
it slows me down and I have no use for it.
also for my build, and for how I am, I get put with like pretty damn big people in my tkd competitions.
I was glad When I got out my last competition my shin wasn't broken.
I'm 160 pounds, and 5'8.
I get put wiht 6'1-6'2 people because of the belt class i'm in.

Bah! Real REdElvis... I laugh at silly americans for this. I still rock out the ladies even though I am 70 yrs old now! I already use chairs for handstand puuushups. I used to have cheap doorway bar for pullup too when I was but poor immigrant dock worker. But once you buy pushup/dipstand you never go back!.
