Ki Sanctuary Geeks Threaten Us.
Someone's gearing up for the time they have off from school this Xmas.

It has come to my attention Bullshido.net 's admins
are convinced I am a 'fraud.' They posted a lot of my
info and photos of me in their logos and I will not
tolerate their stupid crap any longer.
If you are some kind of sick fan of Bullshido I want
you to tell the administrators there they need to
remove my information within 40 days starting now
or I will file a lawsuit for slander.
For those of you who aren't aware of these guys, they're the group of kids who believe in magic powers, shooting "chi" energy, and special martial arts abilities that could have been taken straight from an episode of Dragonball Z.
Case in point:

For some more history behind this, read this bit. Our very own JKDChick was responsible for the submission to SA:

A while back I had to delete the Guestbook because some people
had submitted my site and its content to Somethingawful.com ,
a site that seems to do nothing but criticize movies, music and a
ton of other things.
I wish to say that if Somethingawful.com does not remove my
content they are in danger of copyright infringement for using
my materials without my permission also.
This next part makes baby Jesus cry. Greese1, a poster here, had challenged this individual and/or his friends to demonstrate their "Ki' abilities in a friendly sparring match. Somehow this is interpreted by our friend, Piccoloku, as a threat.
And also, "Slandering our name in any dishonest way possible" to these kids means that Grant actually wanted them to prove that either a.) they know what they're talking about and can really harness energy to perform supernatural feats, b.) are full of crap, or c.) are running a really excellent parody site that makes fun of people who really believe such things.
I really wish it was option "C", but sadly, "B" seems much more likely.

Also, many of you may have heard our site was recently added to a strange place called www.somethingawful.com thanks to another man out to slander us:
Grant, or firstname.lastname@example.org . It has been a while and this man has been stalking me on the internet since the new site began. He threatens that if I do not meet him at a place and fight him then he will continue to slander our name in any dishonest method possible; I ask you all to block his email and stay away from him. If he comes after me he is not welcomed and I will defend myself. Grant has done this for too long and if he continues then I will be forced to make this a legal matter.
I am in school but will be online during weekends mainly and some during the week; please be patient for major updates.
SLANDER - A false defamation (expressed in spoken words, signs, or gestures) which injures the character or reputation of the person defamed; distinguished from libel.
And, since I'm such a nice guy, here's the one for Libel:
LIBEL - Published material meeting three conditions: The material is defamatory either on its face or indirectly; The defamatory statement is about someone who is identifiable to one or more persons; and, The material must be distributed to someone other than the offended party; i.e. published; distinguished from slander.
But for the record:
Bullshido is not a "Publisher". Have your "lawyer" reference the cases of Cubby, Inc. vs. CompuServe Inc., 776 F.Supp. 135(S.D.N.Y. 1991), Stratton Oakmont vs. Prodigy (1995), and Zeran vs. America Online (1996).
Or in other words.
