"Wow 8 grams of protien! What a bargain! Its too bad it comes with a whopping 25% of the saturated fat reccomended in a 24 hour period. "
So? just make sure you stay under the 90% mark or so for 'recommended saturated fat intake' and you should be fine.
I regard milk as fairly healthy, usefully goes well with cereal/protein shakes/spicy foods, but if you think milk is unhealthy (well, I drink 2% skimmed anyways) then you are a health god who resists the temptation for beer, chips, and anything other then bread, water, and ... damnit I can't even say milk in that scenario!
It's all good in moderation, if you are so obsessed with living to an extreme old age and are willing to cut out tasty foods to do so, all the power to you, I'd rather eat healthy during weekdays when I goto school and train, and then toss in some junk food on weekends. -

I love milk, and I drink skim milk.
Whole the **** actually *drinks* whole milk? I thought it, along with half and half, were used exclusively for cooking/baking, and coffee/smoothies. Thought the only drinkable ones were skim, 1%, and 2%. Shows what I know, I guess.
I read the whole post thinking that you were talking about skim. I hate you. I was going to cry. You're just JEALOUS!
