Submission Wrestling, MMA

And I've had ciggarette smoking or pot bellied or fat or wheel chair bound instructors that could teach. I mean like Shihan Lowe sr instructor of Kyokushin hasn't worked out hard for at least forty years as far as I can tell, but he does have some great students. (Ikihara ruled, dude, he should have been the famous one...)
