    >First: All i know is that ALL Traditional Martial Artists that entered in Early NHB fights got their butts kicked.

Um NO this is not true. I bet you are only considering UFC. And i didn't a Bussey boy win UFC III. Can you name EVERY NHB event from 93~97?

    *striking matches*

    >"In mortal combat, the man who is more extremely violent will win."

This depends on what you consider VIOLENT. In my experience the more EXPERIENCED person wins. Just because someone is savage and brutal doesn't gaurantee a win.

Only a few traditionals won, but they fought against other traditionals. That's all.

greco - never said JKD did I was stating that UFC is MIXED AMRTAIL ART EVENT and JKD is more a MIXED MARTIAL ART more than a style in it self.
also there seems to be a belief that unless a fighter uses it in UFC,NHB,PRIDE it is not good , I dis-agree.I do stand by the fact the fight with the most well oruded skills strikes , ground, weapons, attitude will always win over a fighter who is single minded.

Of course this hurts, after all it is not basket weaving.

I don't think there is any Good ground Fighting in JKD studies. Also BJJ has limited striking-(none used in Sparring or tournaments). So in what way JKD is More MMA than Other Styles?

And please don't tell me it has Anti-Grappling tehniques becouse im gonna start to Cry.

    (Anti-Grappling is BAD Grappling)

I've seen AMAZING STRIKING tehniques used by some people in NHB but those People r "Gifted". Check at www.sherdog.com at the Video section the Hayoto Sakurai "the Mack" highlight to see a few amazing strikes, Or Rumina Sato Highlight has some Amazing Grappling tehniques.

Well, because JKD enables you to pick up whatever techniques you like?

Essentially, my implication of "violent" is the greater use of force. For example...
If we were having a friendly scrap, and you got me in a rear triangle choke (pardon my nomenclature, I don't know what normal folks call it), I'd tap out and we go for a pint and a game of pool.
But if we were trying to kill each other, I might slip a boot knife (not that I carry one, I never did like knives, seeing as how I'm considering a monastic career) into your... boys. Or just step back as the fight opened and index the sights of a Smith & Wesson model 36 and send a 158 grain all lead semiwadcutter projectle into your chest at 800 feet per second.
Though graphic, I just wanted to define "violent" as doing whatever is necessary to stay alive.
