    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Why is it...?

That now that I've been sporting a decent 6-pack that I can enjoy in the mirror, that the temptations to drink pop, iced tea and eat junk food are so much greater?

Maybe the sugar desire needs to be satisfied?
I'm holding out somewhat well though so far.

Cool people don't call it pop. I've heard urges like that can be an indication of some nuitritional lack in your diet. Or pehaps you need to go pump some iron. dunno.

Why is it that you feel the need to brag about your body?

Anyway, I suggest not eating those things. I work out really hard but I do eat those things and thus have an invisible 6 pack.

Although what I really want you to do is pig out and get disgustingly fat, that would be awesome.

'pop' has the least number of letters in it, and with my laziness I used less.

PD... I thought the last sentence conveyed my intense jealousy a little better.

My guess is it's a psychological thing. You've spent a long time on intelligent dieting to get to the point you're at, and now you feel like you've accomplished, so you don't have to work as hard anymore. That, and you've been deprived for so long, now you want to have it again. If you've been good with your food and actually on a GOOD diet, I doubt it's due to a nutritional lack. If you think it's due to a carb craving, you can go to the Apex website, fill out their questionnaire, and get a supplement that helps resist carbohydrate cravings.

    Their website is either

    www.apex.com
    or
    www.apexfitness.com

    also try .org suffixes.

Yes, I'm too lazy to actually go find it myself.

Oh, and the product is either called Lean Resist 1 or Lean Resist 2. One of them reduces fat cravings, the other reduces carb cravings. Though I forget which is which.
