No, it isn't shaolin-do, but the material and ranking would indicate that they have been involved in shaolin-do at some point.
Notice the similarity in what they teach and how they arrange the material. Also, their belt ranks are identical to SD and they're located in Kentucky.
My guess is that this guy splintered from SD for some reason and added a bit of other material, probably just to claim grandmasterhood himself.
