I don't know how he arrived at these conclusions, but there is noting more satisfying that declaring an unearned victory and going home. Apparently, he's exhausted from blowing his Sifu and Dan Webre, so he's content to blow himself.

There's nobody telling new posters they're trying to hard to fit in.

But he does say stuff like, "Don't you dare lecture established members..."

Nobody's yelling at them to use the search function when they dare to ask a question.

There's a distinct lack of me, Spanky, or LK telling you all how incredibly tough we are, how we're always right, and how you're a slack-jawed moron wannabe mall ninja for daring to disagree with us.

But on the other hand his "Sifu" is all over the place with this kind of stuff... "it's over too quick for me to be concerned with energy. Large or small, weak or strong, they meet the floor fast."

There's a defined moderator presence that ...permits substantive discussion regardless of topic.

I like how Elmore cites himself or one of his ilk as a reference a lot, e.g. in the WCL thread ( http://www.paxbaculum.com/forum/view...5229ce957730c2 ). Of course, if "outsiders" actually pose serious questions about his arguments, he's prone to simply locking the thread down. It seems like he's constructed an intricate martial arts reality for himself (and others) via "The Martialist." It's a void full of only ignorance, axe sheathes, and extra large pizzas.

I have to admit, I find the reliance on "Do a search, newbie" kind of irritating. I was gonna sticky something about it. Information changes, after all. New things come up about old topics and may warrant new threads.
