Since it is just my wife, son, daughter and me we usually invite friends who are new in town or have no local family over to have dinner with us. This year my wife invited over 20 graduates students from Taiwan who are going to school at NCSU... I cook the 'merican food, she does the Chinese and the guests will bring the desserts.
