ICY has a good point. When I started Judo my coach knew I had a long wrestling background, so he told me if I wanted to learn Judo, do Judo, instead of going in there and just trying to wrestle everybody. So now I have Judo and wrestling to fall back on when/if I need it.Regardless, that doesn't change the fact that kickboxing is commonly known as fighting while grappling simply isn't. - Osiris

What ICY's school needs is some Russians.I would liken it to the boxing or the muay thai of internal kung fu, even though that's like calling apples the oranges of the apple world. --WalkOn

That school was odd...there were a couple of guys that were really good, and everyone else sucked, even the half dozen black belts.

I choke you and osiris, I will listen to your advice, this coach seems to know what he is doing, and A.D.D, I'm not especially good looking, if your implying what I think you are.
But yeah, Most of the "vets" as they call themselves, waste me completely, nevermind trying submissions on them.
