Lift weights, not nine pound weapons, and eat correctly. Eat more lean foods. You could always go on a "ripped" supplement with whatever ephedra substitute they have now. Getting a six pack to me is bs. It's not worth monitoring my diet that much, I like to eat and eat what I want. Why worry about ripped abs? Lift weights, you'll get alot stronger and get a nice tone on your abdomen as well as the rest of your body, without looking like you've been doing forced labor at a Gulag.

Stop playing Ninja (Budo Taijutsu? How is that different from Ninjitsu?) and start dieting. Also, from what others on this forum has said, MT has some of the best cardio/conditioning if you want to burn fat.
Buy "Eat More Weigh Less" by Dr. Dean Ornish .. it's only like 8 bucks at Booksamillion. That's the best diet book I've seen.
As far as exercise, you said "school day" so I am going to assume you are in high school. Join the wrestling team. It will teach you a lot about grappling, build up a good work ethic and their physical conditioning regime is unrivaled in sports. If your school has a good wrestling program at all they should help you lose that gut pretty quick. Don't think of it as a competition, just have fun and enjoy the free exercise class.
Some Calvin ball seems like it would be right up your ally.
A good power macho beef burrito and a double cheese burger will do the same thing oh yea dont forget the diet coke
