    Penta Water...

    http://www.pentawater.com/what.shtml

It's bottled water engineered to have smaller water particles. Thus, it's easier for the water to diffuse throughout your body and provide better hydration. Supposedly, it increases athlete's performances by 5-8%.

Anyone tried it and gotten results? If so, what's the best way to buy it, since it can get quite expensive?

The human body process all drinkable water the same way. (it does not get "diffused") How smaller clusters, and the reduction of dissolved solids in the water will increase athletic performance by any measurable quantity I don't know. (Unless the water you typically drink is absolutely awful...even muddy water will rehydrate you plenty quick.)

This is a gimmick...even if it could increase your athletic ability 5-8%...it would not justify the exorbitant purchase price.

By the way....brace yourself.....this is gonna hurt......
And lo, Kano looked down upon the field and saw the multitudes. Amongst them were the disciples of Uesheba who were greatly vexed at his sayings. And Kano spake: "Do not be concerned with the mote in thy neighbor's eye, when verily thou hast a massive stick in thine ass".

    I'll bite.

    Are you serious?

If you seriously need super water to feel like you're doing the right thing then you're probably a little unstable.

Magic water will never replace hard work.

Kazushi Sakuraba smoked like a chimney and drank like a fish and was able to beat the **** out of the best fighters in the world at his weight class. Stick with hard work soild conditioning, it beats miracle water any day.

Save your money. Water is transported across cell walls, one molecule at a time. Clusters, size of clusters, is irrelevant to your re-hydration.

I don't really need it as much as I'd just like to have another thing that will make me just a bit healthier.

If you really want to be "just a bit healthier," just buy a water filter that filters out particulate matter, chemicals, parasites, viruses, and bacteria.
