    Got the Book with DVD from Otane.
    Took 3 weeks, looks awesome, has a nice Instructional DVD inside....
    Cost: $34.00 including shipping.
    Stoked: Much.

    Order took a while to process as well, but that was order until delivery.
    I ripped the DVD to my Ipod, go go triangle action ;)
