I have this book and it is awsome. Really helped me improve my sankaku jime

Besides $30 for a Book + DVD instructional is a sweet deal in itself.

I just received Rigan's "Encyclopedia of Brazilian juijitsu".
    3 Vols.
The first one is ALL about the guard, attacking, defending, escaping, ordering a pizza, etc.

So far, just looking over all 3 of them quickly, these are excellent reference books.
Pictures are very detailed and clear, there aren't any voids from one move to the other.

It seems that the most underused move, and yet so very effective, is the "omoplata".

I will make a DETAILED review once I finish ALL 3 Vols.

Well, I ordered the book online yesterday and I already know it's great. How? Because by the sole virtue of thinking about it I triangled three people in a row last night.
Captain's Log: Just a little update for all my TRUE and HONEST friends out there:

    1) I am STRAIGHT! I am STRAIGHT! Get it through your thick skulls, numbskulls!

    2) My name is not Ian Brandon Something.

    3) Kacey is coming with me now. I have stolen her from the other Christian Weston Chandler.

    Inbred? Please explain?
Adelaide is extremely isolated for a city so large, on the whole its a fair assumption that the gene pool there is relatively smaller than other cities of equal size.

Oh, and the fact that the Adelaide sperm bank was sustained for two years by only a single donor doesnt help too much either...
