Your opponenet MUST be pulled down or your hips must be near their head to pull it off, or else your legs just get used like levers for a guard pass.

Succesfully pulled off the triangle last night... remembering to trap the arm, turn the hips so I'm looking in the ear, and hook the leg properly. Awesome.

Style: Ex-TKD, BJJ, Muay Thai--
Just got my hands on it...wow. Before I got the book, I thought, "Gee, kinda odd having an entire book dedicated to one sub." But it's unreal how many ways there are to get a triangle. Haven't watched the DVD yet though.
The only thing that I didn't like is that some of the techs are purely sport BJJ, and wouldn't work in a no-gi situation. However, the only reason I think that is because I like rolling no-gi more than gi.
