I know you fags are all MMA nutriders, but for those of us who are real men and dont go for the man hugging.... who do you think is going to take the GP this year?
personally, I WOULD LOVE Sefo to take it. not only is sefo the fucking MAN, he is the best dancer in k-1, as well as being a genuinely nice guy and has the biggest heart in k-1. I have NEVER seen him give up, and he always puts on a show. After him im thinking either Remy (he did win last year after all) or even Moe- Moe can knock out any one of the other fighters with his right hand. hes going to fucking kill that little thai dude btw.

Gotta be Sefo.
I really, really want him to win it... in boardshorts! Whens the finals BTW?

I want Sefo to win, hopefully all the way, because I love his style.
Kaoklai Kaennorsing vs Might Mo should be very interesting, hopefully KK can dance and keep away from Mo's heavy hands. Looking forward to some flying kicks and fast footwork.

Seeing Ray Sefo win would be great. I hope he's healthy and rested this time. He always has bad luck during the GP finals because of an injury or a cold.
My pick though is Peter Aerts. I'm pretty sure he'll beat Botha without too much trouble. I just hope he has enough to get a fourth crown.

Ernesto Hoost is a bad ************. I'll bet on him any day.

Damn! why did they put Hoost and Remy in the same starting bracket, that's lame!
Also, how the hell did that Thai dude get heavy enough to fihgt Botha!? I thought the K-1 minimum was 205?

anything above 155 is, afaik, classed as heavyweight in k-1. which is i think 70kg, and kaoklai weighs in at 78. so instead of cutting to be in max he decided to beef a little and go in the heavyweights.... brave, but I honestly think it was a bad idea. he got lucky with iggy, if moe hits him with that big right hand hes going to be carried out on a stretcher. and if he doesnt, he then gets to fight Sefo....
I dont like Hoost any more. he is a great technical fighter but he never goes for the knockout any more. he just sits back being perfect and raking up points. cant say he isnt great (because he is) but i find his recent fights boring to watch. Aerts is looking better than he has, but is still a shade of his former choppin glory. I wouldnt give botha a chance, he fot lucky in the elimination- it was obvious that lebanners arm was killing him in that fight. Musashi has improved, but not enough to take on a 100% Sefo.

Last year when Dewey Cooper was in the Vegas tourney they said he barely made the weight at 207....
Coulda sworn they said 205

changed rules maybe? anyway this is irrelevant, fact is that obviously you dont need to be 205 to get in
