You guys and gals are not going to beleive this one. I thought it was a joke at first but it turns out it's not. The history of this art starts off with the guy getting hit on the head with a bo and it goes down hill from there. Read the history section...it's hilarious. The movies are really something to behold too

Actually it should be "ko-n-ni-chi-wa," which means "Hello" in Japanese.

As for the guy, it's obviously a joke. There is no way a supposedly old man like that could move that fast. Also, why is he wearing a kung fu jacket? He's supposed to be Japanese, isn't he? It was pretty funny though.
