Did the whizzer last night. (Is it also called the spinner ? The Sombo move right? )
Or should I say, watched my instructor do it, had him do it to me, then I flopped my head on the floor and stuck my legs in the air whilst simultaneously clawing at the air with my arms in an attempt to imitate it.
Don't think I will be pulling that one out of the bag at the comp.
Don't have time to train with wrestlers, not yet anyway. Don't know whether all standing work in BJJ can be classed as judo throws. For me at the moment it is a case of 'make the other guy eat the mat and try to land on his head and / or back / neck spine. Hard.'Imports from Japan, Shipping Worldwide! Art Junkie, Scramble, BJJ Spirits, Reversal...
