I want to see Hendo Arona with the winner getting a shot at Silva.
Is Wayne Brady gonna have to choke a bitch?

I would pay for that one. I like Henderson. He is underrated and taken lightly.

I love how Mirko prevented Josh from stealing the sidemount, spun and pulled guard. His groundfighting seems to be really improving.

i too was very impressed with this to he shrimped very well back to closed gaurd. i concept is if you that good at stand up(and he is good) then with some time you will be that good on the ground. so people are just naturals.

Yes, however the falling on his ass during the kick in the first place was hilarious. I want to cut the whole fight to Yakkity Sax.

Someone told me Silva has said Henderson is the hardest puncher he's ever faced.

I was reading Mastering Jujitsu by Renzo Gracie today, and in the section Attacks from the Guard, it says:

Remember: No one ever won a fight by simply holding an opponent.
    NOT ANY MORE, BEOTCHES! Hahahaha!

he also said that when he punched henderson, it was as if he had skin like a Lizard(not wizard) and would not bleed.
