Muay Thai Sucks!

Ok, not the martial art or sport. But the music. I often contemplate that thai boxers in thailand fight harder because the music is really irritating.

it's funny that you mention that because just today i was at the gym and i was saying how much i love it.

seriously, that's not sarcasm. it helps me focus and calms me down. yet it also pumps me up. it is the ultimate paradox. even more than ninjas.

King Hippo...where in TO do you train? You know one of the other guys on here?

I personally have to say that the music basically becomes background noise for me...nothing more.

Muay Thai does Suck! The art, the sport, and the music! Muay Thai people can't do anything but punch, kick, elbow, knee, and headbutt. What good is that in the street???? Where are all the flowing, circular, deadly techniques that we know work??? Where's the almightly chi blasts that destroy people's fighting spirit along with their body?? When it all comes down to it, what good is punching and kicking, anyways? :icon_shak

I train with KayDeePee at Ultimate in Scarborough. I also go to a tiny Shotokan gym in the basement of a church at Kingston and Morningside.
