DM, were you dropped on your head as a babe - the simple answer is NO! They won't treat it as a nice way to introduce a beginner in to the gentle arts (sic) of submission wrestling, they will kill you (oh yes - video please).

What the hell is wrong with everybody, this will be just like the other UK throwdown except this time we will have some damn good submission fighters there.
Everyone seems to have this gang warfare mentality when you all know it isn't going to be like that.
Why are you all passing up this oppertunity to train?

In my case I already train with a few people from Subfighter. The best bet is to turn up to the next SFUK Open Mat. I think its being held in Leicester, but thats only a guess.
