Hawaii surfer fight stupidity (with textbook bjj)

from what i have heard about surfer fights in hawaii, the blonde dude got of really easy.

when a local tells you to paddle in... paddle in. consider yourself lucky to have gotten a warning.

One thing I HATE is crowded beaches with hordes of sharp dudes showing off.

As for the top dudes BJJ, first thing he did was get into a guilotine. He was lucky that the other dude did not capitalize on it.

Stupidity on both sides.

Aren't surfers supposed to be laid back?

Gee, what I saw on land was an assault, and destruction of private property.
All that for fricken swimming in the ocean where someone else decided you
can't? The bjj guy instigated the physical confrontation in both the water
and on land - and to me it appeard that on land the other guy was miffed and
probably wanting his surfboard back - so for that he gets beat on again.
I hope the bjj guy goes to jail and pays a big fine, this purportedly was in
Hawaii, part of the FREE USA, where unless it's private property, all this clip
showed was a series of crimes perpetrated by the bjj guy and his friend(s).

Not saying he was wise to continue, just that he had the right to swim/surf
where he wanted to unless it was against the law to be there.

Pro Tip: When in Hawaii, if you should ever park your car on the side of the road to wander down to a beach, leave the window open with some money on the dash as an offering to the locals, otherwise they break your windows.

It looked to me like blonde-kid was holding up an entire surfing competition, he probably deserved to get beaten.
