    Hell yeah! Hell no!

Hawaii surfer fight stupidity (with textbook bjj)

    Hawaii beatdown

    www.bullshido.com/videos//Hawaiian_Beatdown.wmv

Stick with the video until the end for a textbook takedown, some side control, then mount with the ground n' pound.

Apparently the white kid was surfing: when either a surfing tournament was going on, or either he was just somehow in some local kids turf.

The guy that does the ass whupping trains with Relson Gracie one of the posters commented as well.

The car forum I grabbed this with was kinda funny, lots of talk about how the guy doing the bjj is a ***** and none of that stuff would work in a real fight. Also cue lots of talking about how when you shoot in like that how easy it would've been to knee the guy (with some comments about shots to the throat and eyes as well).

Hope it hasn't been reposted, I searched for it!

It was fun to watch them fight in the water, but as soon as it came on land, the guy didn't really want to fight, so the takedown and GnP wasn't so amazing against a non-aggressive opponent.

    New clip to me.

Interesting, note the power generation when there is lack of a base. The environment factors are really interesting, I could sense the underwater volcano just starting to open up.

What the hell kind of grab did the white guy try and use on the other guy? 10 bux says this will be circulating as "Aikido vs. BJJ" within the week.
Tough is not how you act, tough is how you train.

That was interesting. Never seen it before either.

On land it was too easy and the victim didn't know what to do on the ground ...

I don't know that the aggressor had the right to GnP like that though. The victim didn't seem that big of a threat. His actions were not very responsible and thus I feel the video does not portray BJJ favorably.
    Now or never.

This video does not portray that guy very favorably. The BJJ, it worked like a charm.

Yeah, that was cheap of that guy to grab him for no reason and beat him down, especially with his elbow.

Kinda looked like the "I have no idea what I'm doing and I don't like getting thrown on the ground technique" to me.

Looks like the guy who paddles out is a pro surfer named Kainoa McGee. Does anybody know if that's the same guy who does the GnP? If so, there could be a pretty good lawsuit for that blond kid. The above link has some still photos of the event. Check out the last photo; good close up of the blond guy's face.
