A Nevada judge recently denied a motion brought forth by BJ Penn that sought to prevent the UFC from having a welterweight title fight between Matt Hughs and Georges St. Pierre at their next PPV.

If you remember Penn beat Hughs for the title back in January, but was then stripped of the title for fighting in K-1.
