    Hell yeah! Hell no!

Has anyone ever been to these Muay Thai gyms in the LA area?

The Muay Thai Academy Of America in North Hollywood and the Muay Thai Kickboxing Gym in Van Nuys. I couldn't find a site for the first place but the second place has a site - www.rexmuaythai.com. If anyone can give me their opinions of the places if they have been there, or just from the site of the second one I'd appreciate it. I really don't want some bullshit place and want some serious training. Thanks.

Omar once recommended Redwoods to me, which is down near Venice Beach. You seem to be looking further north, but thought I'd throw that out there. Redwoods is actually a boxing gym, but MT is taught there some nights, and Omar spoke well of it.

That isn't so far from me but these two are much closer (I think) so I'd rather go to one of the two.
