I'd say Cro-Cop, Barnett lost to Rizzo, and Cro-Cop is faster so he could definately captilize quicker. My money is on Cro-Cop although I wouldn't been suprised to see if Barnett pulled it off. But then again, Cro-Cop pushed himself out of Waterman, so I'd say Cro-Cop has his cards for him even if the fight goes to the ground.

Josh Barnett has a very impressive record, with some big names on his checklist. But I'm thinking he hasn't faced someone with the sheer destructive kicking power that Cro Cop has (Rizzo has some killer kicks, but man Cro Cop is t3h scary). If he can take the fight to the mat quickly, I'd give it to Barnett, but Cro Cop doesn't get taken to the mat that quickly.
