    I didn't get it x-rayed, but I did go to the sports medicine clinic at my University. They claimed it's a mild dislocation and that I should just let it heal on its own, in about 3-4 weeks. And then I got this really long lecture about how I was too old to be doing such childish things...blah blah blah.....reminded me of the long talks my parents use to give me, when I was 13 years old.

    Why dont you try side bends, but like only bending from your shoulders up! only a suggestion, cause i thought that used to work for me when i used to do karate, it would stretch one side while contracting the other! My bad if someone else has already suggested it!
