    Hell yeah! Hell no!
It's almost as if he was aiming to win or something against an opponent with the same opportunity.

Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.

    Studying for law-school, Tom? :p

Doing any kind of permanent damage to the liver with a punch would be pretty rare. Maybe you could with a knee or kick but I doubt it. I have seen and had a bruised liver. You may piss a little blood, which will scare the hell out of you when it happens. The only time that happened to me was after a really hard sparing section. It was the product of a left uppercut and a left round kick as I backed out sparing with a southpaw.
It is a perfectly legal blow and one all trainers should teach their fighters to use. This is the same as training a fighter of to set up and achieve the knockout. This includes following up when you stun your opponent as long as they are still up. This is all part of the “game” as everyone evolved is well aware of.
It is easer to damage the kidneys, as I understand it. I have been hit with a couple of kidneys shots and they sure didn’t do me any good.

Pissing out blood... that sounds like a fun experience, how does that work?

This is not unusual. If fighters take good body shots it will bruise some of the internal organs such as the liver. This will cause some bleeding which is absorbed by the body and expelled in the urine. What you see is red tented piss. There can be other reason for the same thing happening if you haven’t been hit to the body such as cancer or other internal problems.

    Wouldn't you FUCKING know it....

Took a kidney shot today from one of the senior fighters at my MT club. He said I was moving much better than last time he saw me, so he wanted to "put some juice on" and see "what I had". Apparently not much, because I went down to my knees like a cheap whore with a crisp 50 in her panties. LOL!

**** it hurts! Not pissing blood yet though...although it only happened a few hours ago, so we'll see in the morning?

Anyway, yeah...I know the liver heals itself from certain types of damage. The kidneys do not. Excessive kidney damage can cause difficult with the urinary tract...not a pleasant prospect, and not work it for some "training". I certainly won't be taking too many of THOSE if I can help it.

bwaha! I'm looking forward to my first 'good' bodyshot. It'll give me an idea of what I can, and cannot take.
