    Don't post often but I figured I just hit a PR today so why not. Got 2 sets of 6 reps at 340 very, I weigh 170.

    One month ago I got 385 up so I think my 1rm is at the 405 mark by now.

    Just did 185 for 6 reps this week at a BW of 215.




    Before you point out that this sucks, remember that I am smarter, prettier, and much cooler than you.



    I am starting over and going slow. I used to do 450 at 170 BW for reps, but then some injuries BLAH BLAH BLAH.
