The squat is my fav exercise, but I deadlift more.
310 for 12 reps (current bodyweight 193) and even more if my wrists were up to it.

The most I've tried is 275. I only got about 2 reps. I way 130. I can do better if I can just get my butt in gear and hit the gym again.

Most recent deadlift was 425 for reps, I haven't tested my 1RM in a while for deads.

I am 5'7" and my weight fluctuates between 165-170 lbs. The most I have ever deadlifted was 440 lbs. for 1 rep. I have not maxed in the deadlift for a very long time (since December 6, 2003), but my last deadlift work out, I deadlifted 410 lbs. for 4 sets of 2 reps after pause squatting (with a top set on pause squats of 380 lbs. for 3 reps with a 3 second pause at the bottom of the squat). I am competing in a powerlifting competition on November 19, 2004 where I hope to deadlift 500+ lbs. at the 165 lb. weight class.

5'9"...235...415, same as squat. When I did it, I might have been able to do more, but I'd had enough for the day.Regardless, that doesn't change the fact that kickboxing is commonly known as fighting while grappling simply isn't. - Osiris

At my best, I was about 195, and could deadlift ~ 515. But I haven't trained my deadlift seriously in a long time, and I think my max is somewhere around 350-375 ish now, at 175 bodyweight.Click To Get My Free Training Newsletter... Do It NOW!
