Whats your best injury?
Just curious to see what types of injuries people are experiencing. Gettin' old sucks and injuries heal slower.
How about listing just injuries that you personnally experienced and (if you remember) what caused it. I sure we've all heard about something horrific.

Does it need to be a training injury or just an everyday; "**** happens, cuz God hates me" kind of injury?

Not counting the foot ripped to shreds in a motorcycle accident...
There was the time I broke a toe in half in the dojo. I mean hanging loose, flopping, everyone, including me, freaked, in half.

Though not a sports related injury, I did have a tree branch rammed through my hand one time, leaving a nice 1.5" diameter hole."Keep a sharp knife, shiny boots and be on time."

Most recent is right knee. Back in April doing an overhand right (and winning kumite sr men's:5camoufla :new_Llol: :XXsunsmil) I came down wrong and it is almost better.
