    Bench 300lb @ 195lb bodyweight....Approx 1.5X
And lo, Kano looked down upon the field and saw the multitudes. Amongst them were the disciples of Uesheba who were greatly vexed at his sayings. And Kano spake: "Do not be concerned with the mote in thy neighbor's eye, when verily thou hast a massive stick in thine ass".

No idea. I only do pushups. I have freeweights, but no bench. I can do lots of pushups though. :)

NIGGA WHAT? are you saying 300lbs at 167 for a bench?

Damn dude, I pushed 315, (once and ONLY once) at my top physical condition: weighed 210 lbs. My body fat was so low my mom thought I was being starved. My cheeks were all sunk in and hollow.

You got to have some POPEYE looking pec's dude.

Interesting results. All the guys who bench 400, have 10 inch dicks and date supermodels must hang out exclusively on MMA.tv, it seems

After some shoulder troubles last year I'm working my way back up... currently doing 6 reps at 160 pounds, at a bodyweight of 185. Not too great, but it looks I'm in good company.
    Amen, brother!

5'3" 146 lb. The most I've ever benched was 150 lb, but that after I was finished doing all my bench press sets. So I was pretty blasted already.

I'm 5'10" 185lbs and my 2 rep max is/was 265 at the begining of school. my goal is to break 300.
