BW 245, bench 345 so not quite 1.5 but it's enough for me. The body relies on so much more than your pecs for punching strength. I incresed my power significantly by concentrateing on form and improving my core strength. A strong core help tranfer power from your legs up to your arms. Knock out caliber punches start in the legs.

PB was 400...never could break that...I wanted the magical 405...I stopped benching long ago...I exclusively do incline presses now....my best on that's been 360...haven't gone for max in a while, just maintaining.

    Weights at 270-275...about 20% bf, though...fat ass...lol

One day I'll bench again...I'm gonna make 405, grow a 12 inch dick (10? why stop short), grab me a supermodel and join MMA.tv...

My best bench was 5kg off bodyweight and that was for 8 reps so my 1RM was probably bodyweight. At the moment I can just about do one hand pressups, gotta count for something.

    I max 325lbs. @ 175lbs., pushing toward 350. I lift 275lbs. for 8-10 reps. I've been lifting for years, though; since I was 17. I'm 30 now. I ran track for about 14 years, so I can squat a Navigator. Peace.

I'm not a very good bencher; @ 155 I can max about 200. After about 4 years I've not really been able to break that, but I'm skinny and don't take supplements. I've been repping my bodyweight for a whole and I've been unable to get through the plateau.

FB: Ever consider partials and some dynamic effort? It helped me blast a plat I had been stuck at for about 1-2 years.
