    In my wellness class last yeaer, we did a month or two of weightlifting. I weighed about 175 and maxed 175. I'm planning to do weightlifting next year, so hopefully I'll improve my bench.

    265 lbs - 1 rep max

    170 lbs is the most I've ever weighed. My weight is somewhere between 165 and 170 lbs on average.
