Im a weak **** that doesn't do any strengthtraining, right now, other than the strength i get from MA training.
I bench about 75% of my bodyweight. (lol)
But benching isn't really the best way to measure the strength that counts in "battle". Im very good at using my own weight and positioning wich has lead me to be able to take on stronger people than my self in both grappling and standup.
And as far as just regular strength goes i don't really like benching for that either. Isn't it just a few groups that accually work during the lift? -

The one thing that's always been a staple of my workout has been the bench, and 95% of the two years I've worked out regularly for, I've hit the bench heavily. Somebody told me the other day that I must have a strong chest cavity.
Anyway. 1RM of 285 @ 170lbs. BW, so I'm in the 1.5X to 2X range. -

I'm getting better but I still have a sissy bench. If the bar = 45 lbs = about 20 kg then my bench is 3 sets of 8 at 60 kg = only 82% of body weight. That's about as weak I think as my squat is good.
