    My best ever was 225x13 reps at 187lbs or 275 1 time. Bench was always my worst lift now I can only put up about 215 at 175lbs but now I have marial arts skills.

    Ok best ever DL was 425x1and 315x14 best ever squat was 405x1 and 225x33 reps and that was to atleast paralell if not farther. Not to shabby for a tall skiny bastard if I do say so myself.

    A high-level TKD practitioner who had an M.A. in movement science (Seabourne maybe?) said that stronger biceps actually increase the power of your punches. Seems to make sense to me.

    Wait.. what? Striking is primarily dependant upon your triceps, shoulders and forearms, chest and your core to some extent as well. Striking has similar motions to a bench Press so as a result these muscles are worked. Your biceps don't do squat unless you're pulling him off the ground to hit him again. No muscle is going to slow anything as long as it's trained through a proper ROM.


    Feel free to check up on this but I'm 95% sure the biceps are THE most useless muscle in the body as far as striking goes.
