Too bad the U.S. are the only ones that don't use metric, it's easy as ****.

Okay well...this thread makes me feel like He-Man, and I mean after he channeled the power of Greyskull. And well...that's sad.

Edit: Actually, Asia, Dochter and few others are definitely the ones with their magic swords aloft. I guess at 185lbs bodyweight and a 1RM of about 250 I'm more of a Stratos.

Normally, I'd say I was grappling, but I was taking down and mounting people, and JFS has kindly informed us that takedowns and being mounted are neither grappling nor anti grappling, so I'm not sure what the **** I was doing. Maybe schroedinger's sparring, where it's neither grappling nor anti-grappling until somoene observes it and collapses the waveform, and then I RNC a cat to death.----fatherdog

    I want to weigh 185 :-( I'm at 4100 calories a day now, and I'm still fluctuating between 164-167.

I weigh 245 and benched 300 last year. Haven't maxed out since. Been powerlifting for a year and some months now.

Since I last posted on this thread, I've increased to 60kg for 3 sets of 10. I could probably do a lot more, but without anyone to spot me, its a bit of a risk. Next time I'm in the gym early, I'll use the power rack and see what I can do.

I'm on a periodization cycle right now so I expect this to go up a little in the next couple weeks.

Again, I'm really weak right now. I'd be happy with 295 (@205ish) for a rep nowdays.

Happy hour with my colleagues tonight or the gym? hmm...
