Yeah, that is bad. One shouldn't be trying to set any benchpress records like Bahua and Asia, but you should be able to bp your own weight.

Bench press 155kg for single rep
( dunno pounds, I use SI units ...)
Bench press only once a week if that.
prefer the olympic lifts.

Well you're roughly 180lbs and can bp around 310ish. I'd say that's good :-)

341lbs for 5'10, 198lbs is pretty solid man!
People I know who are my weight but about 3-4 inches shorter can lift/bench so much more... bastards! I guess my arms help me with range, heh! In fairness, I don't try to add much more muscle mass than I have. However, that doesn't take away from you, that's quite good. Do you juice at all?

Some people are just bp machines. I have long arms and long legs. My BP is alright. BP is no way to determine true power though as I believe. See what a person squats and DL's. Or shoulder presses, and Squat Press/Leg Presses..
